Overview
Quotes, customer relations, reporting, admin: artificial intelligence is already shaking up the day-to-day work of every role. Yet you still need to know how to use it well… and spot where it can genuinely save your business time.
This training combines hands-on practice with generative AI and a group workshop mapping your processes. Your teams come away able to use AI every day, and you leave with a list of AI agents suited to your business.

- none
- Duration
- 1 day (7 hours)

Objectives
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
Understand the main principles of how artificial intelligence and generative AI work. Identify the main uses of AI in their role. Understand how an AI assistant works (prompt, instructions, memory, skills) and set up their own profile. Use an AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude…) with good prompting practices. Take a step back from the results produced by an AI (reliability, bias, data confidentiality). Describe their department's processes and spot repetitive or time-consuming tasks. Understand what an AI agent is and identify those that could be developed in the company.
Deliverables at the end of the training
